Enzo Maresca Backroom Staff At Leicester City

Leicester City in Advanced Talks with Enzo Maresca

Leicester City Football Club is on the Verge of Appointing Enzo Maresca as Their New Manager

The Foxes are believed to be paying around £10 million to secure the services of the Italian coach.

The compensation of around £10 million that Chelsea are paying Leicester City will secure them the services of Enzo Maresca, who is set to leave Pep Guardiola's backroom staff at Manchester City to become the Foxes' new manager.

Leicester have been searching for a new manager since Brendan Rodgers left the club to join Manchester United last month, and Maresca has emerged as their top target.

The Italian coach has a good reputation in the game, having worked with some of the biggest names in football, including Guardiola, Jose Mourinho, and Antonio Conte.

If appointed, Maresca will be tasked with leading Leicester back into the top half of the Premier League table, having finished eighth last season.

The Foxes have also been busy in the transfer market this summer, signing Willy Caballero, Ryan Bertrand, and Jannik Vestergaard.
